The Ultimate Box and The Ultimate Card are about freedom. The freedom to choose which software to use, how many designs to transfer to the card, and how large those designs will be. 

What does The Ultimate Box do?

The Ultimate Box is a read/write device that transfers embroidery designs from a hard drive of your computer to The Ultimate card, a re-writable blank embroidery card that fits your Brother, Baby Lock, Bernina Deco, Simplicity and Viking/Husqvarna machines.  A complete list of models by Manufacturer is listed at the end of this page.

The Ultimate Card:

The Ultimate memory size   -  1 Megabyte is the largest memory space that can be recognized, read and used by  Brother, Babylock, Bernina Deco or Simplicity sewing machines. Store about 35-40  patterns with over 450,000 total number of stitches. At the same time, this card provides the maximum storage capacity of 512k(about 230,000 stitches) for Viking, Husqvarna machines.

The Ultimate compatibility   -  Use the same Ultimate Card with Brother, Babylock, Bernina Deco, Simplicity and Viking, Husqvarna embroidery machines. Each brand requires a diffirent programing method that is  provided by The Ultimate box or other embroidery reader/writer devices.

The Ultimate adaptability   -   The Ultimate Card, Ver. II works with The Ultimate Box, PE Design Box (Ver. 4.0 or higher)*, PED-Basic, Palette Box (Ver. 4.0 or higher)* or Deco Wizard Box (Ver. 4.0 or higher)*.

Note! The Ultimate Card can be used with any version of the software mentioned but, the read/write box* must be Version 4.0 or upgraded to it. In other words, The Ultimate Card, Ver. II can not be programmed if only the software (such as Pe-Design) is Version 4.0 but the box is not (such as Ver. 3.0 or lower).

Download designs from the Internet, floppy or a compact disk. Just edit them or create new ones with the embroidery software you choose, such as any version of Embird, Buzz Tools, PE Design, SmartSizer, Melco etc. and save them to the hard drive of your computer in PES, PEC or HUS format. Open the Ultimate Box software, browse to your Designs Folder and transfer selected designs to the Ultimate card. Next, simply place the card into your embroidery machine and…
